The co-founders, whose co-founders Susan Auler and the late Ed Auler heralded the possibilities of Texas wineries from the very beginning, going as far as even establish the Hill Country as a certified American Viticultural Area and appellation. Though the original winery is in Tow, Texas, there’s this second location, which serves up its fantastic Texas-forever wines with tastings and pairings.
