Election Day is soon — on Tuesday, November 5, Austin and the rest of the country will vote for the next president of the United States: Democratic nominee Vice President Kamala Harris or Republican nominee former president Donald Trump.

Along with the big race, there are many local elections to watch as well. There’s the Austin mayoral race, the Texas Senate race between Democratic Representative Colin Allred and incumbent Republican Sen. Ted Cruz; Austin City Council and Congressional seats; as well as propositions.

Watch as America’s future is determined with company, food, and drink. This includes new pizzeria Bambino with dollar shots depending on which state goes blue or red; a big joint party by Hotel Vegas and the Volstead Lounge, the Travis County Democrats’ official party at the Driskill, and much more.

Likewise, get your free/discounted food and drinks with your voting stickers through this Eater guide and bolster yourself with election comfort foods in Austin.
